A cozy, flavorful blend of spices, made with simple ingredients found on your home spice rack!
Isn’t amazing how something as little as a spice can take a dish from bleh, to AMAZING!?
I love to create blends of complimentary spice flavors to add that “wow factor” to a steamed veggie or a baked piece of chicken.
Today’s Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning was inspired by trip I recently took to Williams-Sonoma (such an inspiring store, right? Trips there always kick my creative juices up a notch!).
I found this delicious-sounding Rosemary Garlic seasoning/rub that I could literally almost taste how flavorful it would be, sprinkled all over the Thanksgiving turkey or over a giant dish of crispy roasted potatoes!
It was also like $12 for that little canister.
I’m waaay too cheap to pay $12 for a tiny 3-ounce tub of seasoning, so I went home determined to make that seasoning for a lot less!
And oh my goodness, with a handful of spices from my spice rack on the kitchen counter, I created this fragrant, oh-so flavorful Rosemary Garlic Seasoning blend in about 2 minutes!
It’s such a cozy, comforting flavor that this seasoning gives off…like how the savory side of fall should taste.
And those crispy roasted potatoes covered in this stuff? Ah-mazing!!
