Turkey Cranberry Salad

This simple Turkey Cranberry Salad packs delicious flavors and good-for-you nutrients into one healthy bowl!
  • 3-4 cups salad greens
  • 4 ounces deli turkey
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 3 Tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  1. Chop or tear salad greens into bite-sized pieces, if needed.
  2. Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces (I use a pizza cutter to quickly cut mine up).
  3. Wash and dice tomato.
  4. Combine greens, turkey, tomatoes, and cranberries in a large bowl. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over salad ingredients and toss.
  5. Enjoy!
If packing ahead of time for lunch, store ingredients in a cooler in separate containers, and then combine and toss with dressing right before eating. This will keep the salad greens crisp and the other ingredients fresh.
