Easy Red Pepper Salsa

Extremely easy and flavorful homemade red pepper salsa, that's sure to become a family favorite!
Ingredients
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 small Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounce) Diced tomatoes with Green Chiles, drained
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (or 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoon dried Cilantro)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon Pepper (or Citrus Pepper)
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend/pulse to desired texture.
  2. Store salsa in a tightly sealed container, the refrigerator, for up to 2 weeks.
  3. Makes about 4 cups.
