You’ll hide it from your kids because you’ll be nervous they’ll find it and finish it while you’re at work.

4-Ingredient Nutella Granola
Author:
Recipe type: Breakfast
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
Serves: 4-5 cups

Only four ingredients away from this super-simple, extra-crunchy Nutella granola!
Ingredients
  • 3 cups Old-Fashioned Oats (guten free, if needed)
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts* (roasted & peeled), roughly chopped
  • Optional: ½-1 teaspoon Salt*
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or melted coconut oil)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line 2 large baking sheets with silicone baking mats. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir to combine Oats and chopped Hazelnuts (and salt, if using).
  3. Place Nutella and Oil in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat for about 20-40 seconds, until warm enough to easily stir well to combine. Mixture should be thin.
  4. Pour Nutella mixture over oat mixture, and stir well until all ingredients are combined and everything is coated with the Nutella.
  5. Pour half of the mixture onto each baking sheet, and spread mixture into an even layer.
  6. Bake granola for 38-42 minutes, until golden brown, stirring halfway through baking time.
  7. After removing pans from oven, DO NOT touch granola for at least 20 minutes. Allow granola to cool on the pan for 20-30 minutes; this will help granola become crunchy and form clusters.
  8. Store granola in a tightly sealed container, at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
  9. Makes 4-5 cups.
Notes
*Some dry roasted hazelnuts come already salted. If yours are already salted, you do not need to add any additional salt. If your hazelnuts are not pre-salted, add ½-1 teaspoon salt along with the dry ingredients.

I’m with you on the Nutella cravings! Not sure I want to join a support group though… because doesn’t that mean I’d have to attempt to give up my love or at least lessen the amount I stuff into my face on a daily basis?? I.cant! This granola looks and sounds terrific- love that it only has 4 ingredients #winning! Cheers and thanks for sharing♡

I think I might be in for a surprise, dare I? Your recipe makes me want to put Nutella on my shopping list, it looks delicious. I let you know if I need a support group.
